TO ENSURE A SEAMLESS AND RESPECTFUL EXPERIENCE FOR ALL, WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU TAKE A MOMENT TO REVIEW OUR SPA POLICIES BELOW. THESE GUIDELINES ARE DESIGNED TO PROTECT YOUR TIME, YOUR COMFORT, AND THE QUALITY OF YOUR SERVICE.

No guest under 18 allowed without Parent/Guardian present to complete minor intake forms.

No extra guest allowed in treatment room, if you have a guest who would like to come with you they themselves must have a minimum of 1 service booked.

Payment due in full at time of booking, tips are never mandatory and can be paid using any payment method before or after service.

10 minute grace period allowed for all wax services, if there is no notice given at the 11 minute mark payment will be non refundable.

Facial appointments will be allowed a 20 minute grace period which is deducted from total service time. If there is no notice, at the 21 minute mark the appointment will be cancelled and payment is non-refundable.

1 courtesy reschedule will be allowed with a 24 hour notice. If cancellation is needed within 24 hours and I am notified, a $25 deposit will be required to rebook and initial payment will cover service cost.

Crème de la Crystal has the right to refuse service at any moment due to safety, and or any contraindications.
